I'm Charles.

A small business owner who writes software for other small business owners.

More specifically... I write point-of-sale software for antique and craft malls and client/project/time management software for attorneys and small law firms.

I also design web sites, do e-commerce, and manage an Apache web server.

I've been "on my own" since July of 1992 and have loved every minute of it.

But... I also know how difficult it is being a small business owner -- especially during these tough, economic times.

I write great software and provide great support. That's right... we all need support from time to time (even my computer needs some "TLC" every now and again).

So... if you have a problem, or a question, you'll get to speak with me (the guy who wrote the software).

Sometimes, you may have to leave a message, but I will call you back. I won't put you on hold for hours, like some companies do, then connect you to a non-native-english speaking person in a far-away land.
